Konstantinidis Konstantinos
Konstantinos G. Konstantinidis is an Internal Auditor and Economist with a strong professional background in internal audit, corporate governance, and risk management in both the broader public and private sectors. During his career, he served as Head of Internal Audit and as an Internal Audit Consultant. He is a graduate of the School of Business Administration and Organizations and holds a postgraduate degree in Applied Accounting and Auditing. He is a certified internal control systems auditor (CICA TheIIC) and holds a certification in Circular Economy, while currently pursuing the professional titles of CIA and ACCA. He is registered in the Register of Internal Auditors of the Economic Chamber of Greece (OEE) and the Register of Internal Auditors of the Ministry of Finance. He holds a Class B Accountant-Tax Consultant license. He is a member of the Hellenic Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA Greece) and IIA Global, a member of TheIIC Institute of Internal Control Systems Auditors, and a member-student of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).

Katsampalos Vangelis
Evangelos K. Katsampalos is an Internal Auditor and Economist with many years of experience in internal audit, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance, in both the private and public sectors. He has held leadership positions as Head of Internal Audit and as an Internal Audit Consultant, participating in the design and implementation of audit plans, the evaluation of internal control systems, and the management of operational and financial risks. He holds a postgraduate degree in Business Administration and Information Systems (AUTH) and possesses international certifications such as CICA, CCS, COSO Internal Control, while being a candidate for CISA (ISACA). He is registered in the Register of Internal Auditors of the Economic Chamber of Greece (OEE) and the Ministry of Finance, and holds a Class A license from the Economic Chamber of Greece. He is a member of the Hellenic Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA Greece) and IIA Global, and a member of TheIIC Institute of Internal Control Systems Auditors.
